Three Questions

In NLP work, we are primarily concerned with three questions. Let's first ask those questions in plain speak:

  • What do you want?
  • How are you going to get it?
  • What is the best, most effective, efficient, ecological and enjoyable way to get it?

In NLP-speak we might talk about the questions in other terms:

  • What is your desired Outcome?
  • What is your Strategy for achieving that outcome?
  • What Resources best help you achieve that outcome?

This section deals with re-programming or re-patterning our neurology to best answer these questions.

Pursuit of Excellence

Now, things that come easily to you come by way of strategies that you have already mastered. But some things you want in life require strategies or abilities that you might not have presently. When this the case, NLP can help you access the strategies of those for whom those things do come easily, and make them your own unconsciously. This transfer of unconscious abilities comes as a result of modelling excellence in others, and learning that excellence yourself.
